Nope.: Usually the cervix is only useful as an indication of pregnancy on visual inspection and classically it appears bluish in early pregnancy. Nevertheless the best way to determine if you are pregnant or not is with a simple home urine pregnancy test. Head to the pharmacy and pick up one designed to detect early pregnancy. Most test kits have 2 or 3 per box so you can recheck in a few days if needed.
