Maybe: Generally, as the cervix readies for labor, it becomes softer, it "moves down" a bit, and then it starts to dilate. Usually, this is caused by contractions - if you're not having contractions, or any bleeding, or any loss of fluid, then you probably aren't dilating just yet. But your doctor can check at your next visit! if you are having any of those signs, i would go to your doctor sooner.
