Um, way noooo.: It's a bowel stimulant. You don't want your gut to spasm. Will be painful. If you are that constipated, attack it from a different angle: Aggressive hydration 64oz or 1.9L water per 24 hours, fiber (with water or can be constipating) fruits, veggies, lentils, whole grains, low fat yogurt with live active cultures. If trying to flush everything out (like for weight loss) same goes. Plus enemas.
