Her symptoms are: probably not from her vaccine. You can treat her as you would any other time that she might have symptoms of a cold or virus. I would recommend either acetaminophen or ibuprofen for her discomfort (causing her crankiness) and saline drops for her nose. Also make sure she's drinking plenty of fluids. Call her doctor if her symptoms worsen.

Immunizations: this time of the year, it is not uncommon for toddler to have a runny. Nose. It is probably a coincidence. However, it is also not uncommon for children to " not be themselves" after receiving immunizations. If she has a persistently high fever, is very lethargic, severe swelling or redness is the area of the injection, or breathing difficulties, then she should be evaluated right away.
