Highly unlikely,,,: The sed rate is very high here, even for disease, and you're also doing worse, so this is consistent with active disease. An error here is highly unlikely, and it'd be a good idea to see your doctor to step up your therapy and possibly test for other markers like anti ds DNA, and ANA as these might help to direct therapy. Need more informatio: WE need more information. The elevated sed rate could be related to SLE, Infection some other process.. What have been the SLE manfestations. What have the autoimmune studies? Is the CRP increased. Are there fevers? What things have been worse. Is there kidney disease. Is there CNS Could there be an infection?
