See doctor: Additional information is needed to solve this, it would be in your best interest to see your doctor to rule out any bleeding disorders. Although It may have been secondary to trauma you were unaware of (ie while sleeping), I would still suggest seeing your doctor for a full work up just to be sure. Best of luck.

See provider: Unexplained bruising needs to be evaluated to make sure that there are not any underlying bleeding problems. Schedule an appt with your provider to look into this.
