Chickenpox: Chickenpox is usually associated with a respiratory illness and present with clusters of red bumps, starting on the chest that turn into fluid filled lesions. The lesions have a small indentation. When they are healing they crust.They spread from the chest to just about everywhere. They are intensely itchy. Staph can start anywhere and the bumps are generally warm and painful and may contain pus.
