See your doc: Any alcohol related blackout should be taken seriously. Whether or not you are diabetic, if you are blacking out you are having a problem with drinking. While any damage from one incident is not likely to be great, the long term of effects of drinking and blacking out are serious and progressive both physically and psychologically. You probably should not be drinking.
