How long? Problem w/: female abdomen is that it is anatomically relatively complicated. Pain in the lower quadrants/suprapubic area could be GU tract, GI tract or GYN, plus loss of appetite is a vague symptom that shows up for a gazillion reasons, like pain itself. Passing gas? Last BM? Menstruating? Ovarian torsion? Ectopic? Intestinal Obstruction? Irritable bowel? The list is endless. You need a live exam & imaging.
