See doc: There are many possible causes and i wold recommend that you consult your doctor. For example, Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) may upset your stomach and reduce your appetite.

Exam needed: You may have more than what we can advise about here. There are so many things that can present with the same symptoms you have from simple things like gas, or even pregnancy, but there are also worse things. It is best you see your doctor, be examined and have tests as needed.
