I have been experiencing this condition for some months now. Abdominal fullness, bloating, burping, cramp and diarrhea. And comes mostly early morning at times with a feeling of nausea and vomiting. Really very irritable. Could it be IBS or gas?
I most mornings experiance diarrhea and abdominal cramping in the early mornings. Sometimes i also throw up, the cramps make me very nauseated.
