Lymph node: symptoms thyroid? Lump neck and groin concerning for generalized infection/inflammation. Groin nodes at your age is STD till proven otherwise. Need a physical exam and possibly lab. A neck exam can determine if thyroid or lymph node. Tired/fatigue can be related to a decease process causing enlarged lymph nodes. A TSH can rule out thyroid disease.
