Abscess: You should have had that abscess addressed two years ago. It is now well established and may have caused significant loss of bone at the apex of that tooth. Please have the tooth evaluated by an endodontist to determine what might be amiss and if the tooth can be retreated and saved. All the best...

See your dentist: The bump is also called fistula is a sign that there is a dental or gum infection and your body is draining it out. See your dentist for evaluation, x-rays and treatment.
