Groin: Your body is not totally symmetrical and you may notice this. If there is a definite lump see a doctor, if not, no need to worry.

Normal variation : It is normal to have some variation in size. If it is not causing any symptoms, it is probably normal But if you are having any symptoms then get it checked.
