Low Thyroid: there certainly are thyroid support vitamins out there that will do you no harm but will do you no good either. If you have symptoms of low thyroid get your thyroid check by a physician with blood testing. If you are hypo thyroid then replacement therapy not vitamins is the treatment.

Do not self-medicate: Low thyroid = hypothyroidism. There are no over-the-counter supplements/vitamins to increase thyroid function. Even if you manage to score prescription medication but aren't monitored, you run risk of anxiety, insomnia, tremors, palpitations, atrial fibrillation, osteoporosis, etc. Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hypothyroidism/basics/definition/con-20021179 for more info.
