What fats does diet pills take out ?

Which diet pills?: Most diet pills don't "take out" fat but rather affect your satiety or sensation of fullness. Some might "increase" your metabolism (at risk of making your heart pound & you feel jittery). Only orlistat (Xenical) decreases your absorption of dietary fat. However, you then run risk of oily stool (leakage). Good nutrition & regular exercise are key to health, not necessarily pills.
