Neurontin (gabapentin): This dose is moderate. Only once a day is unusual though. Try taking it before supper - by 30 min.

Neurontin (gabapentin): takes some getting used to. Try 200 mg at night. If this is too much back down to 100 mg at night for a while. If you are taking it for neuropathic pain you will want to eventually take it in the day... Its really a three time a day med. I usually start people off with 100 mg a day then twice a day then 100 / 200 then 100 /100 200. Eventually you will able to tolerate 300 three times a day
