Pharyngitis: bad sore throats, especially the inflammation associated with them, can cause bleeding (usually very mild). I'd get to a doctor so a trained eye can determine if further workup/treatment needs to be done.

Consult your doctor: oIt is not unusual to have sme blood after gargles with infected throat.But it needs to be checked by your doctor and needs to be treated.Depending on the Physical Exam and may be Throat Culture or quick strep test,you may need to be treated with appropriate antibiotics
