PMS?: If it comes every month and regular OTC medicine for cramps is not working or if you have excessive bleeding, please see your doctor for a check as there may be medicine that can help you to not undergo this discomfort.

Monthly: If you get them monthly, and they are unbearable, talk to your gyn doctor. You can benefit from oral contraceptives that may regulate the symptoms. You can also take ibuprofen for pain relief and warm compresses as needed.
