PMS is never due: Sadly, you might suffer from some or all discomforts associated w/ PMS. But it is not an automatic component of your menstrual cycle. A provider might be able to relieve yours now that you know it is not just part of normal life. It is your period that is due. When you visit the provider, ask for good explanation of the process and handouts to keep for reference. Best!
