Side effects: Your periods could be different due to the birth control pills and/or the diet pills, or may not be related to either. It is usually a good idea not to start more than one new medication at a time, because if something unusual like this happens, it is more difficult to determine what is going on. You may want to consider holding the diet pills and see how your next couple of periods with BCP.
