I heard 90% of online drugs are fake. what do they mean?

Don't know: Only one fake on-line drug could ruin your whole day. So... One should not buy drugs on-line unless from a verified and trusted source ( like a mail order pharmacy) one should also not buy drugs on the street. However, I do have many patients who buy medications from non us sources and seem to do just fine.
