Probably not dangerous: Rubbing alcohol, or isopropyl alcohol, can be metabolized by the body, but slowly. It also dries out the skin, which is why u probably bled with the sliver. Since u did not ingest the rubbing alcohol, chances r that ur fetus did not get significant exposure. No need to overreact, but do take care & avoid exposure as much as u can.
