All of them: Malaria parasite destroys red cells and causes anemia which affect all organs. Hemolysis can damage the kidneys and red cells infected with the parasite become sticky and clog the blood vessels in the brain. It is an important cause of death in children in endemic areas.

RBC: Treponema parasites infect red blood cells. Anywhere a red blood cell goes; i.e. any organ, can there fore be Affected. The spleen commonly has problems...but it is not uncommon for younger people to have cerebral malaria.
