It may be a sign of : your body increased demand for nutrition for a growth however it is not normal if it continues for a prolonged period of time and you start to gain excess weight from it

Need more info: One episode of increased appetite does not mean you have a new condition. What time of day was this? How many meals had you missed before then? Were exercising or physically active prior? Were you very nervous or upset? There are many things to consider. The main thing is to settle into a solid routine of regular physical activity and healthy eating. If you still have problems, see doctor. OK?
