Few: Only topical medications such as topical erythromycin.Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. Antibiotics would be rarely used in pregnancy for acne.

Topicals: You cannot any derivative of vitamin a (accutane) or antibiotics such as tetracycline. Topical face washes or chemical peels are safe.

Very limited: Topical benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, erythromycin. Oral erythromycin. Acne tends to be worse the first 20 weeks, often less severe the last 20. May be worse after delivery. Sun will help but avoid burning.
