Maybe (not): It's not uncommon to have irregular periods. However, a late period is often one's 1st indication of pregnancy. On the other hand, spotting can sometimes occur w/implantation. Of course, unprotected sex is best way to get pregnant. However, bleeding today is unlikely to be due to pregnancy from unprotected sex yesterday, although you still might be pregnant from prior unprotected sex. So take test

Pregnancy: Probably not, unless you also had unprotected sex a few weeks ago as well.
