You need sweet fluid: Your blood pressure and blood sugar are probably low, you should drink sweet liquids. If not feeling better soon, you should see a doctor.

Drink lots of fluids: Loss of appetite, stomach ache, and vomiting often result in dehydration. When a person is dehydrate they often feel light-headed, especially when standing up from a laying or sitting position. This can be dangerous and result in falls, so be careful. Try sipping on ginger tea or ginger-ale containing real ginger. Ginger has been used for centuries to relieve stomach ailments.

Belly pain and dizzy: If you are dizzy every time you stand up and your belly has been hurting badly all day, time to go to the ER. Don't drive. If you are not close to it, call 911.

Drink fluid: You are likely dehydrated and low on blood pressure enough so when you stand up you get dizzy. Please drink water or electrolyte mixtures like Gatorade or Powerade to keep your blood pressure high enough to not get as dizzy when you stand. If your dizziness persists or worsens please seek medical attention.

Dehydration: You seem to be becoming dehydrated. If you are unable to keep fluids down and drink enough to rehydrate, you will need medical attention tonight.

Ok, try to relax.: I don't know how old you are or if you have any medical problems but my guess is you are generally well, or these symptoms would not be of such concern to you. You most likely have a viral stomach/intestinal infection that will clear up in a day or two. The most important thing to do is sip clear fluid and stay hydrated. If you are unable to keep liquids down or you don't pee goto ER.CMD>48hrsSick
