I have ringworm on my arm and i've been putting anti fungus cream on it. it's getting smaller but it's so itchy is there anything to help with that?

Antihistamine: You can take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25 mg or something like Claritin or Zyrtec 10 mg for itching. Claritin or Zyrtec is less sedating although benadryl (diphenhydramine) may work better. Be patient. It may take 6 weeks for the fungus to clear

Try antihistamine: You can take an over-the-counter antihistamine pill to help reduce the itching. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) treats itching very well, but can cause significant drowsiness when taken orally. A nonsedating anti-histamine, such as Zytrec (cetirizine) can also be very helpful for itching. Steroid cream, such as hydrocortisone, should not be used, as can make ringworm worse.

See a dermatologist: Are you sure it is "ring worm"? This is a common misdiagnosis. It does not just happen. It comes from an animal or a person. Which "anti fungus" cream??? No antihistamine will have the slightest effect on the itch except by sedation or placebo. You need a precise diagnosis and a better treatment. "Ring worm" is usually only moderately itchy.
