Oral antifungal med: If you can't get rid of it with topical medications, you may need to be on a prolonged course of an oral antifungal agent. These are usually prescription medications so you will need to see a doctor. Best wishes!

Jock itch: Firstly the area needs to be kept dry - this may involve shaving the hair and wearing loose clothing. Given that the topicals have not worked well you may have to add an oral antifungal as well.

See a dermatologist: "Jock itch" is not a diagnosis. You have tried 2 topical azoles, 1 oral azole, topical cortisone. 3years??!!! You had best see a skin specialist. Do you have fungus on your feet? Tinea cruris? Psoriasis? Intertrigo? Eczema?
