Sounds good: A person's BP is very individualistic As long as you are not having any problems with dizziness or difficulty exercising I'm sure the pressure is fine Continue to drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet

It's great!: That is an excellent blood pressure. Young women usually run lower than average blood pressure. If there is high blood pressure in family members, it is important for you to continue to monitor it as you get older. People with blood pressures in the 110/70 range have been shown to live longer lives than people with higher blood pressure. Regular exercise can reduce risk of developing HTN.
