What is a normal BP?: The reading you provided is great! Normally, we would like to see blood pressures less than 140/90, 130/85 if you are diabetic. Provided that your systolic (top number) is between 90 and 140 and the bottom number (diastolic) is less than 90, that is generally considered good. Of course, these values are a gross over generalization and you should see a physician for overall estimation of risk.
