What is a normal BP?: The reading you provided is great! Normally, we would like to see blood pressures less than 140/90, 130/85 if you are diabetic. Provided that your systolic (top number) is between 90 and 140 and the bottom number (diastolic) is less than 90, that is generally considered good. Of course, these values are a gross over generalization and you should see a physician for overall estimation of risk.

That's fine: Young females tend to have lower blood pressure. Some people may have blood pressure's 90/60 and feel fine. The main concern is the development of dizziness, weakness or fatigue. Occasional dizziness with standing may be normal, as long as dizziness passes within a minute or so. Go to er if passing out, or persistent dizziness.

Blood pressure: 120/80 or less is the ideal blood pressure. 130/80 is acceptable, but 140/80 or higher is hypertension. Hypertension is diagnosed with 3 or more measurements at different times.
