Very low: The egg is receptive to fertilization for about 24 hours. So if you have sex the day after ovulation (assuming the meaning is 24 hours or more after ovulation) then the chance for conception is not very high.

Good chance: Nothing is 100% but if you have sex during the days around ovulation you could certainly become pregnant. If you are trying to become pregnant or having unprotected sex make sure you are on a prenatal vitamin with folate (folic acid) to prevent birth defects (neural tube defects).
