Back pain & fever.: Back pain and fever for a couple of days is concerning. Fever is anything over 99.6 (less is normal). So if you have a fever and back pain go to an ED or UC or call your doc. Could be an infection, could be something else (serious or minor) but can't say for sure with info available.

I recommend: seeing your doctor for a full history and exam to figure this out. Possibly some stool studies will be ordered as well. Best of luck.
