Gravity: Heart is slightly left of center, so some people notice its motion against inside of chest when on their left. If disturbing, can ask your Dr to check you over.

Thin?: If you tend to be thin, it may be just a sensation you are feeling. Check your heart rate or arrange a Holter study through your doctor's office which will measure your heart rate and rhythm for 48 hours. All the best.
