Usually foot support: If you have fatigue or pain, and you are already wearing appropriate shoes, foot supports (orthoses) can be helpful in reducing abnormal flattening of the arches (pronation) which can cause increased strain on the insides of the knees. See a podiatrist for further evaluation.
