Do not panic.: You did take Ibuprofen 200mg. It comes in 200/400/600/800 mg tablets. The other one was NOT ibuprofen. Probably Acetaminophen ( ES Tylenol) . Must be old because for last one year even that is not available. Any way just drink plenty of water and Liquid. You are going to be fine. BTW why do you need this much pain pill any way?

Yes: That is a lot of Ibuprofen and can cause stomach upset, GI bleeding risk, possible kidney damage, etc. It is not a severe overdose, BUT to be safe call the US poison Control Number and seek advice. For a poison emergency in the U.S. call 1-800-222-1222. Good luck.
