I doubt it for a couple of reasons: 800 mg dose is within the dose recommendations listed for this medication, although few people take that much. You are young and less susceptible to side effects of ibuprofen. Having said that, I would recommend you consult a doctor who can evaluate your particular circumstances if the symptoms persist.

Migraines typically have three phases, day prior called Predromal, day of acute attack, and day 3, postdromal. Your symptoms are consistent with resolving migraine. See neurologist for future management.
