How old & tall are you?: Most girls don't mind growing taller and prefer to not be short. However, if you feel you are going through a major growth spurt right now, that may be normal. So you may stop growing very soon. This all depends on where you are in your growth spurt cycle. Best to contact your pediatrician to find out what you should do if younger than 17 YO.

Puberty will: increase height and then stop the growing process. There is no way to decrease height other than amputation. Why would you want to?
