Variable: It depends on the positions of the baby when they are doing the ultrasound. It is a bit easier to see later on.

Potentially: Usually around 20 weeks and not 100% reliable but close. All the best and remember the importance of a healthy baby no matter the sex.

US-Yes: The sex of the fetus may be discerned by ultrasound as early as 11 weeks gestation. The accuracy is relatively imprecise when attempted early. After 13 weeks gestation, a high accuracy of between 99% to 100% is possible if there is no malformed external genitalia. Congratulations if you are pregnant-best wishes.

Depends on method: A woman can go through NIPP ,non invasive prenatal testing that takes fetal cells found in moms blood and find out a lot.Usually done as a paternity test, this can also find out sex and other issues as early as 8 wks. The parts are formed by 12 wks but seldom available with certainty on ultrasound until 16-20 wks.NIPP is expensive but more reliable,US less so.
