I have a scab near the corner of my mouth from a pimple. how can i make that area heal faster and make the scab disappear?

First do no harm: repeatedly picking off the scab makes it worse. Antibacterial creme might be slightly helpful. There's not a good way to fix it immediately.

Acne Scab: Hoe do you know it is Acne and not a herpetic eruption? If there is an open wound that scabbed over, don't remove the scan, keep it moist and protected with a dab of antibiotic ointment. If it persists or gets infested, see your doctor.
