First do no harm: repeatedly picking off the scab makes it worse. Antibacterial creme might be slightly helpful. There's not a good way to fix it immediately.

Do not pick at it: Well, you can try a topical antibiotic, which may promote faster healing as shown in studies, but generally, scabs need to heal on their own time and let the natural healing process of your body due its job. Unfortunately, it always seem a blemish always comes at the most inopportune time! Best wishes.

Acne Scab: Hoe do you know it is Acne and not a herpetic eruption? If there is an open wound that scabbed over, don't remove the scan, keep it moist and protected with a dab of antibiotic ointment. If it persists or gets infested, see your doctor.
