Min.Trauma&KillBact.: Crucial: minimizing skin trauma (the problem with popping pimples, esp. when not done with great care/sophistication/aseptic technique) while also suppressing growth of bacteria inducing the pimple in the first place & all the many bacteria always living on the skin & in pores. At this point, washing gently/thoroughly with soap/water, applying Neosporin Cream (neomycin and polymyxin b) (not ointment) & bandaid daily best.
