I popped a pimple on my lip and it scabbed up i peeled the scab off and a couple days go by and my lip has small about 4 tiny blisters what can it be?

This may be a: bacterial infection, called Impetigo, caused by bacteria on your skin entering through an open area and then spreading. It is also possible that it is a herpes infection. I recommend that you have it looked at by your doctor to make the proper diagnosis so that you can get the proper treatment.
