Not sure what: your question is? if you have joint problem see orthopedic. the ligaments are attached to joints. so some times strains can come from ligaments twisted in abnormal manner. may go away after injury but if persist orthopedic may have to do tests to see if it is torn. the muscle pain depends on which muscle and they are attached to joints so could be strained bruised etc. may get worse with movement

Primary first.: In the case of generalized muscle pain and ligamentous weakness, your best bet may be seeing your family doctor or general practitioner. There are many potential explanations for your symptoms and, based on your general health, past history and present medications, the list can be narrowed and appropriate diagnosis and treatment started. Healthtap can provide you with a list of potential doctors.
