Swimming: Swimming is best for you. Other exercises that are good include Yoga ( no head rests) and cycling. Basically smooth movements of body helps

KeepYourEyesOpen: Avoid amusement park rides (roller coasters and other thrill rides, bumper cars, etc.),boxing,yoga movements where you stand on your head, gravity boots, any activity that jerks the head violently back and fourth or banging your head against the wall when frustrated.OK is: walking, jogging, swimming, cycling on relatively smooth surfaces (with helmet), tennis... well you get it.
