Somewhat, yes: Sinemet (carbidopa and levodopa) and dopamine agonists are adequate adjuvant/ add-on therapy for Parkinson's speech impediment, but Speech Rehab is fundamental for preserving and regaining enunciation and clear articulation of speech. As well, PRACTICE at home = read aloud a speech or poem every day, but enunciate loud enough and elocute clearly enough to be heard clearly across the house. Good luck!
