Urological problem: If it continues, go back to them and have them do a culture and sensitivity study in case you have an unusual bacteria.

Urine infection: If antibiotic you were given does not make you feel better within 48 hours you need to see a urologist to rule out anything more serious than an infection or you are taking an antibiotic that the germ is resistant to.
