Yes: Sounds like the system is getting used to the new regimen. Give it about three cycles (months). If the bleeding is still irregular, a work up (ob/gyn) would be reasonable.

Irregular bleeding: breakthrough bleeding can happen with both Nexplanon and low dose birth control pills. An ultrasound would be useful to rule out polyps or other causes of bleeding. A higher dose pill like 30 mcg might have less breakthrough bleeding, but it could have more side effects like nausea or headaches.
