I started spotting for 2days about 2 weeks ago&directly after came my period it went from dark brown to bright red. what could this mean?

Timing is everything: Menstrual cycles can often "stutter" and may change color (dark brown is old blood and bright red is fresh blood). However if you ever bleed "in-between" periods, this is always concerning and something you need to see your doctor about.
