Go to the ER: YOU NEED TO GO TO THE ER depend what kind of bone you swallowed if it has any sharp edges there is more serious problem you have to worry about than simple constipation the bone can perforate ypur bowel and create a serious life threatening infection do not gamble go to the ER and be evaluated
